Philip James Rist

Originally from the UK, Philip is a skilled property professional with more than 16 years’ experience in real estate. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2005 with a degree in Planning and Property Development and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also fluent in Swedish, having previously lived in Stockholm for five years.After working in London’s West End he moved to the UAE in 2008. Philip has advised on significant development projects across the MENA region on behalf of eminent national and international real estate investors. Philip is very personable and prides himself on his dedication to client care, always willing to go the extra mile to help people achieve their investment ambitions. Outside of working life, Philip enjoys world travel and literature as well as spending time with his wife and their two children.
