Adam Richard Wynne

Adam has been in the region since 2017 leading a variety of mandates on behalf of landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across all sectors. Whilst in the Middle East Adam has successfully lead a range of high-profile transactions in the office, retail and industrial & logistics sectors, and is a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Adam recently led an exclusive landlord representation, securing tenants for the expansion of an established retail centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis, offering over 100,000 sq ft of leasable space. One transaction of note was the 30,000 sq ft gym he secured for the development. Alongside working on Commercial Agency mandates Adam is also responsible for investment advisory & disposal services. He has substantial experience in providing clients with cash flow modeling, NPV/IRR analysis, and asset management strategies.
