What is the claim?
1. This realtor, Surendra Varma, was looking for an apartment for us. After the apartment was found, he said that it would take 7 days to prepare for moving in. After the agreed time, when we entered the apartment, we saw the following: vomited floors, scattered toilet paper, broken furniture and walls, some dirty puddles in the corners. Not an apartment, but a trash can. And only after about another week the apartment was finally cleaned
2. Surendra Varma accepted payment in cash (annual rent of an apartment and work as a realtor). But then, as it turned out, the owner of the apartment wanted to receive payment on a bank card. For such a transfer, the bank took a commission and this realtor demanded this commission from us! That is, we have already paid for everything, but they throw some commissions at us to catch up, this is his problem or his company! But definitely not ours as clients!
3. And the third complaint is that in general it is not pleasant to have a conversation with him. He answers for a long time, quickly loses the essence of the conversation and constantly asks something again, as if he is thinking about something more important. In general, it feels like we are some kind of ragamuffins and are begging for some attention
