Originally From Wembley, North West London, Avi graduated from Loughborough University with an engineering degree before moving in to estate agency. It was Avi’s personal interest in property as well as a recommendation from a family member that first piqued his interest in real estate and he hasn’t looked back since.Avi initially worked for a large, corporate company before moving to a multi-branch independent agency, starting as a sales negotiator and then promoted to branch manager within 3 years. Earning the title of top performing negotiator in the company, he also successfully managed the branch to be the top performing office for two years. Avi moved to Dubai seeking a new challenge in real estate as well as the lifestyle opportunity that Dubai offers. After joining HMS homes in September 2018, Avi has worked hard to replicate his success in the UK, agreeing a sales deal within only a few weeks of joining and achieving over 110% of his target in only his 2nd month.
