About Jacquelyn Cruz Victoria
Graduated a BS Biology degree from University of the Philippines and has been a resident of Dubai since 2004. Present in the real estate brokerage for 15 years, started in 2007, with past experiences working with Dubai developer and top real estate brokerage firms. In 2013, we started our own brokerage firm Distinct Real Estate. What I love about my job is meeting people from all over the world and working together to find their right homes. I have many high and low moments in real estate as and when the market changes – booms and recessions – and I’ve learned to be adaptive of changes through the years. I also believe in luck so I would always want to come prepared when such opportunities come. One thing for sure, hardwork pays off.
