After completing his Honors Degree in Property Development and Quantity Surveying, Jonas successfully project managed his first restoration. With his growing love for property and his innate talent for selling, his attention drew to Dubai, a buoyant property market again on the rise following the global crisis of 2008.
Arriving in 2012 he starting as a Leasing consultant for one Dubai’s most prestigious and fast paced real estate agencies, specializing in the high-end villa communities of Emirates Living. He quickly earned and maintained the title of number 1 leasing agent and broke the all-time company record for the most business written in one month.
Still not satisfied and eager to progress, he made the transition into the sales market within the same villa communities. His passion for providing unrivalled customer service and attention to detail paved the way for continued success within his specialist areas.
