Joshua Ficco

I came from a Building Development background having completed both a Diploma of Building and Construction and then a Bachelor of Project Management at RMIT University. While completing my studies I worked as a project manager at both a residential and commercial builder where I was able to learn the fundamentals and processes of each building stage. High-end residential real estate was where I was mostly drawn and after discovering the opportunity in Dubai to join Espace Real Estate, I decided to explore a different side of the industry and take my building knowledge into the sales sector of development where I could learn, see and sell rather than construct more of what I loved in a different part of the world. Espace Real Estate has provided me with both the skills and knowledge required to ensure buyers and vendors are managed as efficiently as possible to gain trust, and satisfaction and evidently create ongoing relationships for future business.
