Lenet Asatourian

Lenet Asatourian is an Associate for Sales Division of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty. With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Lenet has accumulated a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate. With a proven track record in asset and property portfolio management, she has brokered successfully within both sales and leasing in London, Dubai and across the Middle East. Based now in Dubai for 11 years, she entered the residential property market as a broker. She has now been recognized by Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty and was promoted to their senior investment manager and thereafter Associate in 2015; a challenge she relishes whereby fully utilizing her negotiation skills to ‘get the deal done’ whilst first and foremost protecting the interests and integrity of her clients. She has excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills, with a track record of improving return on invested capital.
