Pavel Peschanskiy

Pavel graduated from St. Petersburg Aviation Academy in the end of 80 ies but his entrepreneurial spirit made him launched his own successful Automobiles import & export business in nineties in CIS territories; and moved him to Dubai in the end of 90’s to widen his horizons with luxury cars business based on GCC requirements. Since 2002 he was actively involved into Real Estate; and became as a Partner at 21Century&Middle East Brokers in 2006.where he specialized on short turns investments on the Palm Jumeirah (IFA); Dubai Marina (DP;Cayan); JLT (IFA). The Company was a Sales Agent for Makaseb Holding and dealt with RERA issues. Also,was into JV Agreement , as a Marketing Manager , with A&A Holding .Pavel is proud of the fact that all of his disputes in RERA committee was won on behalf of his Clients. As a Defender on a soccer field ( he used to play as a Captain of Rustar Team in Dubai Amateur Premier league ), he is always protecting his Clients and defending their interests.
