I am a real estate agent who fell into real estate business due to my family investments, and some bad experience with some agents with unethical manners, as we own properties in Dubai which needs constant management.being an investor gives me trust of many other agents who are not working necessarily in the same company as me, and yes still enables me to access wider choices for my clients when it comes to inventory and availability. I am well connected and resourceful with acquiring many permits, certificates, approvals or letters which is needed from government or individual organizations for my clients even if not necessarily related to Dubai Land Department I’ve been home maker of my siblings when was younger in family of 10 children, my clients appreciate and love the fact that I have knowledge about how much your bills will be, how to choose service providers, which schools/curriculum, which hospital/clinic, etc. that helps them nearby the place they buy or rent.
