Younes Hassan Al Arab

Younes Al Arab is an Associate Director at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty. He has been working in the Dubai real estate industry for more than 12 years. Younes started as a broker with Milford Real Estate in 2004 and quickly worked his way up to sales manager. In 2009, he moved to Ocean View Real Estate as a sales director. He became more connected to some wealthy investors across the GCC and built his real estate experience and client portfolio. Younes achieved consistently the top sales figures. He was in charge of the company’s large number of private investors and syndicates, property management, buying, selling and investing on behalf of his clients. Younes specialises in selling luxury villas, apartments, penthouses, hotels and residential buildings in all major developments in Dubai, such as Burj Khalifa, The Address brand, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barari, Arabian Ranches, Jumeirah Golf Estates and Victory Heights.
